Dear Rattlers,
The Metro Atlanta Chapter will be revising and voting on amendments to our chapter bylaws. Our bylaws are critical, as they govern our chapter processes and operations. All financial members of the Metro Atlanta Chapter are entitled to give input and feedback.
This message provides the official notice of the proposed Bylaws Amendments and Voting Process, which are as follows:
- On June 11, 2025, financial members of our chapter will receive an email with a link to your ballot to cast a votes for each of the proposed amendments.
- The voting window will begin June 11, 2025 and conclude on June 14, 2025 at noon.
- A two-thirds majority is required to amend the bylaws.
